  • Freelancers: A 10% service fee is deducted from their earnings upon project completion.
  • Employers (Buyers): A 5% service fee is applied when hiring a freelancer.

Payments are typically cleared 3 days after order completion to ensure buyer satisfaction and minimize disputes.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Buyers can request a refund if the service was not delivered as agreed. Our dispute resolution system helps in resolving such cases fairly.
